1) Eligibility and accounts
- You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and account activity.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
2) Community content and conduct
- You may submit deals, comments, votes, and reports in line with applicable law and these Terms.
- Do not post unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, or malicious content.
- Do not attempt to manipulate rankings, votes, engagement, or moderation outcomes.
- Do not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse platform infrastructure.
3) User-generated content license
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting content, you grant CipiDeals a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, publish, and display that content to operate, improve, and promote the Services.
4) Moderation and enforcement
We may review, remove, limit visibility of, or otherwise moderate content or accounts that violate these Terms, community standards, or legal requirements.
5) Third-party services and links
The Services may include links, embedded content, or integrations operated by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, or content.
6) Disclaimers
- Deal details may change quickly and may include errors, expiration, or limited availability.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of user-submitted deal information.
- The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CipiDeals and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
8) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CipiDeals and its affiliates from claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
9) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or Terms enforcement.
10) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify or discontinue part of the Services and may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
11) Governing law
Unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law, these Terms are governed by the laws specified in your platform legal settings or business registration documents.
